Well, another tournament is in the books and this years winner is Jim Dolly with the Top Walleye weighing in at 12.67 lbs and was 33" long . . . now that's a nice walleye ! Jim and crew took their monster walleye out of thee Barcelona area using, what else, a 3D Worm Harness from Challenger Lures. Now if you attended our earlier monthly meeting, you probably heard Jim tell you exactly how he caught this walleye, using what technique, on what lure before it ever happened ! You see, our monthly speakers really know what they're talking about.
Congrats also go out to Mark McMurray on his second place finish with a walleye weighing in at 12.28 lbs. This year was the first time that all three of our Top Fish weighed over twelve pounds and the top 61 walleye weighed over 10 lbs. and to think that Lake Erie was once considered a "Dead Sea". It just keeps getting better !
Keep checking back for Tournament Updates and photos as they become available !
One-of-a-Kind 25th Anniversary Southtowns Walleye Silver Jacket was presented to Herb Schultz by President Woody Woodworth at the Presidents party.
The jacket was donated by C*Shore Design . . . thanks Bob !

We have some awesome guest speakers lined up for the next several months, so check back often for updates. If you know of any great speaker that is willing to give a talk at one of our
monthly meetings, please contact our office (716-649-8202) and let us know.
We hope you check out our
Legislative
Page. We have added a tab to the button bars on all the pages , so it will be easy for you to find. We hope that you will check it out and use it !
We have also included links that will allow you to find your NYS Assemblyman or
Senator, including phone numbers, mailing addresses and e-mail addresses to make contacting them that much easier.
If you are in favor of or oppose to any of these bills, write a letter to your Assemblyman, Congressman, or Governor stating your views.
It's YOUR government, don't just sit there and watch it . . . make a call or write a letter and make something happen.
That's how the "anti's" get things done and I'm sure that their take on the issues are quite different from yours and mine!
